Verstappen curses on radio after he just falls short for first row start

Max Verstappen qualified for the Grand Prix of Belgium on the circuit of Spa-Francorchamps in third place. A neat spot, which was taken into account strongly beforehand, but the fact that he just missed the first row of the grid was a little frustrating for the Dutchman.

This can be heard on Red Bull Racing's onboard radio just after Verstappen finished his fast lap. He regrets the small difference with Bottas and complains that by the end of the lap he had just a bit too little energy left over.

Afterwards, however, the main thing is satisfaction. This was the result the team had counted on beforehand and they are especially happy that teams like Renault and Racing Point couldn't get involved in the battle for the top three.
