Max Verstappen and Sergio Perez have completed their first kilometres in a Ford-powered car. The Red Bull Racing drivers tore around a hired track in two very special cars. Verstappen appeared quite impressed afterwards. 'A great experience,' he called it.
Last Friday, Ford and Red Bull announced that they will collaborate on engine development. Red Bull Powertrains will focus on developing the combustion engine, while US-based Ford will focus on the electric part of the power unit.
