Shock move coming? Horner reportedly held talks with Ferrari CEO

According to the German media, Brundle reportedly mentioned a conversation between the team principal of the Austrian outfit and Ferrari CEO John Elkann. Whether this was a recent discussion is unclear. However, it is known that Horner has spoken with the Ferrari chief in the past. At that time, Horner turned down the role, and Frederic Vasseur got the job instead.

Meanwhile, ahead of the current weekend, Italian media shared rumours about Ferrari looking to replace team principal Frederic Vasseur.

At the team principals' press conference, the Frenchman answered questions about the matter, explaining that Italian media are only 'hurting' the Scuderia.
