Max Verstappen has no tattoos. In a recent interview, he explains why. It turns out he got inspiration for this from footballer Cristiano Ronaldo.

For many people, tattoos are a nice addition to their bodies. Red Bull Racing driver Max Verstappen thinks differently. Besides having stated on several occasions that he is not a fan of tattoos, he has another notable reason.

In a video on Red Bull Racing's Instagram channel, Verstappen is asked whether he has any tattoos. To this he said: "No, I actually read quite an interesting story about why Ronaldo doesn’t have tattoos, right? So, he can donate blood. I mean never say never but for now I’m not really interested."

So the fact that you have to wait a while to donate blood is another reason for Verstappen to stay away from ink. Incidentally, you can donate blood with a tattoo. While different precautions may apply, generally you only have to wait four months after getting tattooed.
