We are approaching the end of the year, and Christmas is on the horizon. Time to socialise with family and friends. What do F1 drivers do at this time of year? GPblog puts it in a nutshell.

Williams driver Alexander Albon is looking for the sun, sea and beach with his girlfriend, Lily Muni. He is in Thailand.

Valtteri Bottas can be found in Australia, where his girlfriend, Tifanny Cromwell, is from. The driver, who will race for Sauber in 2024, will be heading for Christmas while cycling. It will not be cold for the Finnish driver. In Adelaide, it is now about 28 degrees celcius.

Carlos Sainz has gone back to his roots and got behind the wheel of a kart. The Spaniard has his own karting team.
