Weather changes in Zandvoort: What does this mean for the race?

Where there was a radiant sun in the morning, the weather in Zandvoort has changed for the Dutch Grand Prix. Dark clouds gather above the circuit and the chance of rain increases.
There was no rain expected throughout the day during the Dutch Grand Prix, but during the drivers' parade, the sun started to disappear behind a blanket of grey clouds. The circuit is still dry, but a sudden shower has become possible. Call it typical Dutch weather.
According to various radars, light rain is expected an hour after the start of the race in the dunes.

Rain Race in the Netherlands?

The Grand Prix seems to be starting under dry conditions, but the temperature is starting to drop and the wind is starting to blow harder. According to FIA predictions, there is a chance of rain around 4:00 pm, exactly one hour after the formation lap.
