Verstappen vs Hamilton rather not too fierce: "Doesn't give a good signal"

Max Verstappen and Lewis Hamilton are, just like after the race at Silverstone, the talk of the day, if not the week. Apart from the penalty handed out to Verstappen, the question remains whether there was a guilty party at all? Wasn't it just a racing incident? Max Wilson thinks so.
The commentator said to Motorsport.com that he hopes Verstappen and Hamilton will continue racing like this for the rest of the season.
"Accidents between two drivers who are always racing close together, it happens. I think as long as they don't have a bad attitude, no ill intent, there's no reason to take it personally."
"It was a racing incident," Wilson continued."It's part of racing. I hope it stays that way. I'm an advocate of a fair fight that doesn't get personal, because in the sport that's not healthy and it doesn't send a good message. The good thing about it is that this rivalry, closeness, continues throughout the season. And I hope that will continue until the last race."

Which may have increased the chances of the Dutchman taking his penalty next week for using the fourth engine of the season. Bottas already did this at Monza, while Hamilton is yet to make this decision. The Briton, like the Dutchman, apparently can't wait much longer either.
