Haas' British rookie, Oliver Bearman apologised to Max Verstappen after he hold him up while being lapped. While the youngster said he will have to review what happened, he explained he did not do it on purpose.

Bearman apologises to Verstappen

After the final pit stops before the Safety Car was eventually called out, Verstappen was chasing Lando Norris for second place. Meanwhile, Bearman was fighting against Liam Lawson for position, but they were getting lapped by the aforementioned two drivers. Both Norris and Verstappen were held up in the process.
After the Grand Prix, the Haas driver said: "I'm not sure why [he was angry], I need to have a look. Sorry if I did anything bad to him. It's tough to manage everything that's going on in the race. He just went up on my inside. I wasn't trying to do anything bad of course, but I'm sorry it's happened.’’
Verstappen reacted angrily over the radio, saying "****** idiots". Eventually, he also missed out on finishing on the podium after the Safety Car restart, and after colliding with George Russell, he received a 10-second penalty that relegated him to P10, and also three penalty points.
