Verstappen: 'My driving style is aggressive, but I'm cleaner than my dad'

There is no measure of Max Verstappen at the moment. In the world championship, the Red Bull driver already seems unstoppable. In an interview with The Times, Verstappen talks about his (racing) relationship with his father, Jos Verstappen.

"My sister is more like my dad and I am more like my mum, more calm. My sister is more of a strong character, fired up,” the 25-year-old driver says. " I am still aggressive but probably a bit cleaner [than my father]," Verstappen added.

The reigning world champion says he would really enjoy racing with his father. This would mainly involve endurance racing. His father seems more opposed to that.

"It seems at the moment he doesn’t really want to. We are both very competitive. When we compete we want to win. My dad knows that he’s no longer how he was in his thirties," Verstappen said of his 51-year-old father.
