Verstappen and Russell reflect on Father's Day: 'Still often laugh together'

Max Verstappen and George Russell are celebrating Father's Day on the day of the Canadian Grand Prix, after all. On social media, they both posted a lovely picture with their father.

Verstappen owes a lot to his father, Jos Verstappen. The former F1 driver put everything aside to help his son towards F1, and he succeeded. To this day, Max is hugely grateful to him for that. He lets it be known often enough, and now again on Father's Day. On Twitter, Verstappen says he hopes to laugh with his father many more times.

Russell also makes time for his father on the day of the race. Steve Russell, also gets some special attention from son George on Twitter. ''Happy Father’s Day Papa! I wouldn’t be where I am today without you!,' ' the Brit said.
