Christian Horner has once again clarified the feud between Gianpiero Lambiase and Max Verstappen. According to the Red Bull Racing team boss, there is nothing going on between the two parties.
Max Verstappen has his 50th Grand Prix victory under his belt, but things got tense at the end of the race. The Dutchman had been struggling with his brakes all race and saw Lewis Hamilton getting closer and closer. Meanwhile, he had Lambiase shouting things in his ear at a moment's notice. This caused frustration for the Dutchman.

Verstappen and Lambiase in conversation

Yet there was not that much going on afterwards when Lambiase revealed that he will speak to Verstappen again on Friday, Horner told Sky Sports. "Well, it was not a code or anything like that. The marital bliss between the two of them just rolls on. He's had to rush back to the UK, so he was rushing to catch a flight. So, yes, it used to be Helmut who left, but now it's the race engineer who's straight out after the race."
So no debrief for Lambiase after the United States Grand Prix, but all in all, Red Bull can look back on a good race. Verstappen won the Grand Prix, and Sergio Perez climbed from ninth to fifth place.
