The Hungarian Grand Prix was won again by Max Verstappen this weekend. It was the seventh victory in a row for the Dutchman. Toto Wolff stated after the race that the battle against Verstappen and Red Bull is like pitting a field of Formula 2 cars against one Formula 1 car. Ferrari team boss Fred Vasseur disagrees with this statement, telling formu1a.uno.
Verstappen has won nine of the 11 races so far this season. The other two races were won by teammate Sergio Perez. Whereas Mercedes used to be the dominant team for years, that title now belongs to Red Bull.

Vasseur laughs at Wolff statement

Wolff's statement was put to Vasseur, who responded with a laugh: "Give him an F2 and we'll see. Red Bull is in front, but the feeling is the same as when it was Mercedes. We have to focus on us and do more and minimise the mistakes. I don't think it makes sense to make that kind of statement."
