Tsunoda notices trend in Singapore: 'It's pissing me off...'

Yuki Tsunoda was frustrated after a recurring event continued on Friday in Singapore.

he Japanese driver was not satisfied after a frustrating day. Tsunoda finished ninth and 11th respectively in the two free practice sessions.
"It’s tough. Not being able to have a smooth session, probably [frustrating] for everyone," he began to F1 TV.

"But yeah, it's kind of a trend in FP2 that we're never able to have a clean session.
"So, it's really pissing me off, but that's life, and I think [I just need to] stay calm and, yes, optimise the setup… that's it.
"It was not much easier [in FP2]. So, [for] some cars, yes, [for] some cars no.
"We struggle at least with front [grip] still. But at least towards the end, it started to get better and better. So at least some positives there," he concluded.
It was an exciting FP2 session in Singapore with multiple red flags that often disrupted drivers' runs.

First, George Russell crashed into the barrier in the last chicane. Later, Liam Lawson hit the wall in the penultimate corner and, as a result, stopped at the pit lane entry

Verstappen 'needs more pace,' Marko optimistic

Tsunoda's teammate, Max Verstappen finished both sessions third a day ago. The Dutchman still explained that he would need to have more pace to be able to fight at the front in Singapore.
