The stewards that were active during the Azerbaijan Grand Prix have reprimanded Daniel Ricciardo and Max Verstappen for their driving that caused the two to collide.
The following statement was released:
"The stewards have spoken to Daniel Ricciardo, the driver of car 3 and to Max Verstappen, the driver of car 33.
"Both drivers are guilty of the crash.
"The driver of car 33 made 2 moves, but both moves were not too big.

"The driver of car 3 admitted that he stopped his overtaking move too late.
"It was clear to the stewards that the accident was caused by the movements of car 33, but the driver of car 3 also had an influence on the collision.
"Both drivers expressed their apologies after the incident."
Even the stewards can't really pick a side, apparently.
