Kimi Raikkonen has been rumoured to make a return to Sauber for next year.
Frederic Vasseur is Sauber's team boss and he is not denying the speculation that suggests Kimi Raikkonen could swap Ferrari for a return to Sauber in time for the 2019 season.
He was also asked about the Sergio Perez to Sauber rumour that is not going away.
"It's very nice that the team attracts strong drivers," Vasseur said to GrandPrix.com.
"This allows us to choose rather than wait for the decision of other teams."

Talking about Raikkonen, Vasseur said: "I have every driver's number!
"We will discuss the issue with Ferrari and then we will make a decision.
"For Alfa Romeo it is important that the team achieve good results, so we need to find two drivers that are suited for our future."
Raikkonen has said at Hockenheim that he hopes he knows his future as soon as possible.
"Knowing what I am doing is important in many ways, and not just for me. My family also wants clarity," said the Finn.

"So I hope that we will have a decision soon. But as I said, you have to ask the team."
