The new comic duo at McLaren: ''I can always have a good laugh with him''

Daniel Ricciardo will be Lando Norris's new teammate in 2021 and that already promises a lot. As competitors, the two have been smiling a lot and as teammates that might only be more.

In 2019 there was the 'bromance' at McLaren between Carlos Sainz and Norris. The two managed to get along well on and off the track, creating a good bond between the two drivers. They created a good atmosphere in the team, but also on the whole paddock. In 2021 this could be the case again with Ricciardo, but Norris also realises that he has to go to work.

"It's gonna be a great season next year. Last year we laughed a lot together and I just think he's a good guy. I'm looking forward to go racing with him, because he is of course already a multiple race winner'', says Norris who first has to focus on 2020 with Carlos as team mate.

Norris rode a strong debut year in 2019 in which he won the qualifying game from Sainz on Saturday throughout the year. On Sunday, however, the experienced Spaniard was one step ahead of Norris, who will have to step up a gear to keep up with Ricciardo as a competitor.
