For the second week of the Bahrain pre-season test, Pirelli will supply all five dry-weather compounds for the teams.
Up next on the Formula 1 calendar is the second Bahrain test, which will run from 18 to 20 January.
After only the three hardest compounds were available for select the previous week, now all five tyres can be used.
A total of 24 sets will be distributed for the three days at the Bahrain International Circuit. Tyres with no more than nine laps can also be carried over from the previous week.
Despite the changes, not every team opted to run the C4 or C5 tyres. For example, Mercedes will stick to selecting the hardest compounds, like they did the previous week. Only Racing Bulls, Aston Martin, Alpine and Cadillac will use the C5 tyres.

Together with that, Red Bull, Williams and Alpine will now have any C1s at their disposal, while Aston Martin selected the three softest compounds.

How to tell the compounds apart in Bahrain?

The C1 and the C2 tyres will both be white, but the first compound will have brackets on them. That will also be the case for the C3 and C4 tyres, but with the color yellow. The C5 will be on the only red-walled tyre this week.
