Big moment: Lawson slides across the track in Turn 3!

The first hairy moment of pre-season testing has taken place. Liam Lawson lost his car, and slid across the track exiting Turn 3. Watch the video below!

After the filming day on Tuesday, Liam Lawson sat in the RB21 for the second time in Bahrain, as he began testing this morning for the Austrian squad.

The New Zealand is currently in second place on the timesheet, and exiting the second corner, he stepped on the gas pedal a bit to eagerly. As a result, as he tried to catch his car, he slid across the track exiting Turn 3.

Luckily for Max Verstappen's teammate, he did not end up in the wall, and barely reached the gravel trap as well. Afterwards, he entered the pit lane to switch tyres.
