After a rainy qualifying session at Silverstone, it was finally George Russell who managed pole position. Due to a mistake in Copse corner, Max Verstappen had to finish his qualifying with a damaged floor. This resulted in fourth place. His teammate, Sergio Perez, again disappointed considerably. The Mexican ended up in the gravel and was already out in Q1. The internet reacted harshly to this performance.

Perez is cooked. So done with him. Red Bull needs to put anyone in that second car next year. He’s mentally weak and absolutely no help to Verstappen. #RedBullRacing #F1
