Horner after Verstappen's win: ''Now we have to understand how we were so fast''

Christian Horner can't believe his luck after Max Verstappen's victory. The Dutchman and Red Bull Racing put on a masterclass to secure their first win of 2020.

''This was just fantastic. We did most of the damage in qualifying, of course, but Max just checked the race. He stayed behind the men from Mercedes and when they went into the pits, we just drove away from them. That's when we changed the strategy and things got better and better," Horner said to Ziggo Sport.

"I think we've shown the speed today. All we have to do now is find out where this speed came from. This is motivating, of course, but this is only one Sunday. On the other hand, it will be warm again in Barcelona and it is clear that we can beat Hamilton," concludes the team boss of Red Bull Racing.
