Lewis Hamilton might be considered one of the greatest drivers of all time but he insists he can race for at least another five years, as he targets Michael Schumacher's record of seven world titles.
In 2018 Hamilton secured his fifth World Championship crown to move level with Juan Manuel Fangio and two behind the legendary Michael Schumacher. The Brit has won four of the last five titles, only being pipped by Nico Rosberg in 2016, propelling himself amongst the greats of the sport.
He's shown no signs of letting up this season as he leads the championship race and with such an impressive drive under the circumstances in Monaco it is hard to bet against him making it six titles. Hamilton issued a warning to his rivals suggesting he could drive for at least another five years.
"Michael retired when he was 38, I'm 33 so I mean in my and I can definitely do five years," Hamilton told David Letterman on his Netflix chat show.
"I am ridiculously determined to win.
