Despite finishing 4th, Lewis Hamilton closes the gap between himself and Vettel to 9 points.
This was largely through the aid of the man he called a d*ckhead last weekend as Max Verstappen hit Sebastian Vettel ruining the German’s race.
Mercedes have taken a 1 point lead in the constructors' standings.
The Brit missed a vital opportunity to give him track position when he could have pitted the moment the safety car came out to clean debris off the track.
Lewis Hamilton’s teammate finished in 2nd position holding off Ferrari’s Kimi Raikkonen in the closing stages of the race.

Right from the start of the race, Hamilton insisted that a one-stop race wouldn’t work for the team and he was proved right.
The current World Champion didn’t seem to be in the best of moods and probably finds a two-week rest coming at the right time.
If Lewis Hamilton wants to win his 5th title this season, he has to get a move on!
