Mercedes driver Lewis Hamilton claims that Ferrari have a "few tricks" going on in their car following Sebastian Vettel's Belgian Grand Prix victory yesterday.
Hamilton started the race on-pole but was overtaken very easily by Vettel on the first lap and the German went on to be victorious at Spa-Francorchamps.
There has been mass controversy surrounding Ferrari's engine this season, with the FIA even doing an investigation on the Italian's power unit, but they concluded that everything was fine with the engine.
"They've got a few tricks going on in the car," Hamilton explained to FormulaPassion.it. "They're able to deploy more than us, somehow, from turn one to Eau Rouge, and then it carries on down the straight. I'm not really sure how."
The FIA race director Charlie Whiting laughed off Hamilton's 'trick' allegations, though and reitterated that the FIA have things under control.

"It amuses me (Hamilton's 'trick' comment), because we know a lot about Ferrari's car and Lewis does not," Whiting revealed. "The FIA knows what is at stake and we are happy."
Reporters then went on to clarify that Hamilton wasn't claiming that the Italians were cheating, but the world champion was quick to back down from his original claim and replied: "No, we all have tricks on our cars. Trick is a just a word for something special, I guess.
"I'm not saying that there is anything illegal. I don't mean anything to it so please don't twist my words and say that I said they're doing anything illegal because they're not."
