Guenther Steiner considers team orders: "Running into each other is getting old"

Haas boss Guenther Steiner says that he may have to consider using team orders and ban his drivers from racing each other. Both Kevin Magnussen and Romain Grosjean have collided with each other on multiple occasions this season much to the detriment of the team. Steiner believes that this has caused much tension in the team and is an issue that needs to be resolved.

“I need to think about it but there are not many options,” said Steiner to PlanetF1 when asked about introducing team orders. “At some stage, something needs to be done.

Steiner does not want to introduce team orders as he feels that it could also cause issues with the team.

Haas will hope that the drivers have got the message now and will hope for a clean race in Hungary this weekend.
