Haas driver Romain Grosjean hopes that Formula One will change their tyre supplier from 2020.
Pirelli are the current tyre suppliers of the sport and Grosjean hopes that Michelin or Bridgestone make a return for next season.
Grosjean has called on the leaders of F1 to make a change and labels the current tyres as "one of the big problems" at the moment.
Pirelli became the supplier of tyres back in 2011 and their contract will expire at the end of next season.
Grosjean said that he is hopeful that Formula 1 can improve the quality of the tyres and also said that he would love to see Bridgestone or Michelin (former tyre suppliers of F1) make a return to the sport.

"We don't have much information about 2021," Grosjean told Crash.net. "I read in the press that it was 18-inch tyres, and I truly hope that Bridgestone or Michelin come back.
"To me, one of the big problems with Formula 1 right now is tyres, for overtaking, or even being able to follow another car closely to make excitement. It's just not possible. It's a bit of a shame.
"I've read againon the internet this morning that the engine rules may not be changed. I don't know. I would like to see more teams being able to fight for podiums and sometimes wins, like 2012 where we had seven winners in seven grands prix, that was amazing.
"It's just great for the sport, great for the show, and great for people to watch it."
