Romain Grosjean remains certain that he has the driving ability to win the F1 World Championship. The current Haas driver insists that he should have won multiple races but gremlins and bad luck meant that he missed out.
The French man has started 125 Grands Prix but is yet to pick up a victory. Despite this, he’s scored 344 career points and successfully achieved the fastest lap time in the 2012 Spanish Grand Prix.
But he is well aware of how fast Ferrari and Mercedes can be.
“You need to have one of the two best cars to win a race, I know that, but I believe if you give me that car I can win.
“There’s still no reason why I can’t be world champion one day,” said Romain.

The Haas driver is yet to score any points this season, despite team-mate Magnussen picking up 11.
“The team atmosphere is amazing, the cars are fast and we’re fighting at the front, added Grosjean.
