Max Verstappen can again count on his regular race engineer Gianpiero Lambiase during the Hungarian Grand Prix. This is confirmed by Red Bull Racing to GPblog. The Brit missed the last Grand Prix in Belgium due to personal circumstances.
Last weekend at Spa, Lambiase was replaced by Simon Rennie. The Briton is an experienced Formula 1 engineer, but Verstappen undoubtedly enjoys working with his trusted Lambiase.

Verstappen without Lambiase twice

This was the second time this season that the four-time world champion was without Lambiase, who was forced to withdraw due to personal circumstances. Without Lambiase, Verstappen won the sprint race in Belgium. During Sunday's Grand Prix, the Dutchman finished third behind Charles Leclerc.
Lambiase will also have to adjust to the coming weekend. This will be the first time the Briton will be working under Laurent Mekies, Red Bull's new team principal. As is already known, the Frenchman has been replacing the departed Christian Horner for a few weeks.
