Full results FP2 | Norris surprises, Mercedes in trouble

The second free practice session of the Hungarian race weekend is over. Charles Leclerc is on top of the timesheet, while we find Max Verstappen on P4. The margins are very small. This is the complete result of FP2 of the GP of Hungary.

As Verstappen said, Ferrari would be very fast in Hungary. Leclerc sets the fastest time on Friday afternoon with his Ferrari. Carlos Sainz doesn't manage to connect as McLaren's Lando Norris surprises with a lightning fast P2. McLaren seems to be in a good mood as Daniel Ricciardo also set a good time. The Australian recorded the fifth time.

Verstappen took P4 with a time that was three tenths slower than that of Leclerc. Sergio Perez did not have a fast practice and finished on P9. With that, he was slower than George Russell, while Mercedes doesn't seem to have a good car at all this weekend.
