Full Results FP1 | Verstappen sets the pace, McLarens far behind the Dutchman at the moment

While Verstappen was the quickest today, the McLaren drivers made multiple mistakes on the slippery track, it was especially Lando Norris who struggled with grip on multiple occasions. The Briton finished in P7, while Piastri set the 14th fastest time.

George Russell finished in P4, while his ex-teammate Lewis Hamilton followed him in P5.

Charles Leclerc was also in the centre of attention, after he caused a red flag 15 minutes into the session when he locked up into Turn 3, and hit the wall. Still the Monegasque driver set the 10th fastest lap time.
