For the first time since the Austrian GP, it will be Max Verstappen starting from pole position at the Sprint race in the United States. Alongside the Dutchman, George Russell will line up on the grid. See the final starting grid for the fourth Sprint of the season here!
Verstappen finished just ahead of George Russell in a close sprint qualifying on Friday, with Charles Leclerc and Lando Norris starting from the second row of the grid. The pair will hope to gain positions entering Turn 1, thanks to the long run-up to the first corner.
Carlos Sainz will start from P5 during the first session of this Saturday, ahead of the Haas of Nico Hulkenberg. The American's home Grand Prix began positively at COTA, as Kevin Magnussen will start from P8.
After their rather disappointing results, the duo of Sergio Perez and Oscar Piastri will try to catch up from further behind, trying to get past the two Haas to finish in the Top 8. Sergio Perez starts from P11, while Oscar Piastri lines up in P16, after his faster lap in SQ1 got deleted by the stewards. See the full grid below!
