'Formula 1 reserve driver close to seat in Formula E'

Formula 2 world champion Felipe Drugovich seems close to a move to Formula E. According to The Race, the Brazilian could sign with Avalanche Andretti.

Drugovich is currently a test and reserve driver at Aston Martin. The Brazilian, who won last year's F2 championship with Dutch MP-Motorsport, drove the test days in Bahrain earlier this season after Lance Stroll was injured after a biking incident. For now, the man from Maringa has had little opportunity of getting a seat in the premier class of motorsport, so he has shown interest in joining the electric racing class.

He could sign for Avalanche Andretti. The American team wants to say goodbye to André Lotterer, who had a very disappointing season with the team. Thus, at least for the time being, the Formula E career of the German, who competed for six seasons in the racing class, seems to be coming to an end.
