Lando Norris confirms the pole position he secured in qualifying yesterday by taking the victory at the Red Bull Ring, leading home yet another McLaren one-two ahead of teammate Oscar Piastri after an intense battle for the lead. Here’s how the Drivers' Championship standings have changed after the Austrian Grand Prix.
As widely expected, McLaren clinched victory in Austria as well, following Lando Norris’s stunning pole position yesterday.
Norris celebrated his third win of the season, while Oscar Piastri finished second after an intense fight with his teammate all over the race.
What a disaster for Max Verstappen, forced to retire on the opening lap after being hit by Kimi Antonelli, who was also forced to retire from the race.
