F1 releases footage regarding Verstappen vs Russell near-collision

Both Russell and Verstappen have their own claims about what happened. Verstappen claims that Russell aggressively hit his brakes, while Russell claims that Verstappen tried to overtake while the safety car was still out.

Now, Red Bull Racing has lodged two protests, concerning both the driving behaviour and Russell potentially falling too far behind the safety car.
