Pirelli preview: Does Verstappen have a tyre advantage over Norris?

Pirelli, the tyre supplier in Formula 1, is predicting a one-stop race in Singapore. The Italian company has also confirmed the available tyres for F1 drivers including Lando Norris and Max Verstappen. The lead McLaren and Red Bull drivers have the same tyre situation in the race.

Pirelli has highlighted three possible strategies for during the race. Each of those three possibilities includes a long stint on hard tyres.

Pirelli has also clarified which tyres all Formula 1 drivers have left during the race. For example, Verstappen still has one new set of hard tyres, one set of new medium tyres, and four sets of used softs. Teammate Sergio Perez has the same, but he also has one set of unused softs.
