Verstappen's dominance on Friday and Saturday had many people already guessing how his race would go, and that was exactly what happened. He stormed to a 13th victory of the season at Suzuka, with the McLaren duo joining him on the podium.

There were also some impressive battles behind the front runners. Mercedes had Lewis Hamilton and George Russell fighting between them, with last week's winner Carlos Sainz also getting involved.
