Hans-Joachim Stuck is not happy with some Formula 1 drivers. People often complain over the team radio when a rival exceeds the track limits during a race, but the German does not think it is right for drivers to snitch on their colleagues.
Track limits in F1 are getting stricter. Especially after the Austrian Grand Prix, the track limits were criticised as there were a total of 43 violations during the race. Several drivers received time penalties for exceeding the track limits.
During the US Grand Prix, Lewis Hamilton sounded disgruntled over the onboard radio. The Briton was battling Max Verstappen for victory, but the Dutchman exceeded track limits on several occasions. Hamilton was quick over the board radio to complain about Verstappen's actions. Drivers are only allowed to exceed track limits three times before receiving a penalty. Not much later, the Briton himself was pointed out for exceeding the track limits.

Criticism for blackballing competition

At ServusTV, Stuck voices his criticism of drivers blackballing others over the on-board radio. "What I don't understand is that some drivers are snitching on other drivers' names because of track limits. I am not naming them now", the former F1 driver begins.

According to the German, it is normal that track limits are sometimes ignored. "That can happen! I don't have to say over the radio that he or she has exceeded the track limits! That is pure snitching. The drivers should just drive, that's my opinion."
