Alonso's Hungary future revealed: Will he see out the Hungarian GP weekend

For Alonso to have decided not to run and give his drive in FP1 over to Aston Martin reserve Felipe Drugovich, the problem must have been a serious one.

Whilst his participation in FP2 was ensured by Chief Trackside Officer Mike Krack, the way he felt during FP2 was important to assess how the rest of the weekend would unfold.

This means that Alonso can probably be seen driving the British green racing coloured car for the remainder of the weekend.

In fact, the Spaniard was able to see the chequered flag in P5 behind teammate Lance Stroll, which indicates a strong outing may very well be in the cards for Aston Martin.
