The third free practice session will mainly focus on single-lap speed. With one last hour on the clock before qualifying, teams will switch to soft tyres to see what is in store or make final adjustments to the set-up. However, it is likely that intermediates or full-wets might be put on at the Circuit Gilles Villeneuve, due to heavy rain around Montreal.
