F1 LIVE | Follow the second free practice for the Australian Grand Prix

The first free practice session is over and that means it is time for FP2. At 05:00 UK time/6:00 CET, the lights will turn green again for another hour for the second practice session of the weekend. Will Red Bull again prove to be strong, or will others start to make a challenge? Follow it in our liveblog below.

As usual, the second free practice will also be about long run pace. Which teams have the tyre degradation under control? C5 tyres (the softest) are also present this weekend, and that may start to give some race teams problems.

Overtaking is relatively difficult on street circuit in Melbourne, despite some changes to the track layout two years ago. Starting position will also be particularly important, so we will also see plenty of qualifying runs.

As during FP1, it promises to remain dry. The sun will come through regularly, and the temperature will be around 20 degrees Celsius.
