George Russell had to pay a visit to the stewards after qualifying in Austria following his crash on the Red Bull Ring tarmac to get back to his team as quickly as possible. The stewards in Austria decided not to penalise the current world number five for that.
A driver is not allowed to enter the track after a crash, even if there is a red flag as in qualifying in Spielberg. Nevertheless, the stewards decided that a warning was sufficient for Russell.
