A viral video on social media captured former Formula 1 driver and longtime IndyCar racer Alexander Rossi playing the iconic Solitaire game—right on his steering wheel screen!
Can you really sneak in a bit of fun with your favorite game in the middle of a race weekend? Apparently, for Alexander Rossi, the answer is yes.
The American driver, who also had a brief stint in Formula 1 with Caterham and Marussia, was caught on his own onboard camera playing Solitaire — the classic card game where the goal is to move all the cards to the four foundation piles, one for each suit, in ascending order from Ace to King.
The quirky incident took place during the eighth round of the 2025 IndyCar season, held at the WWT Gateway in Madison, Illinois. The incident naturally sparked amusement among social media users and left commentators momentarily speechless.
