Giovinazzi and Russell collide to bring out safety car in Belgium

There has been an early safety car at the Belgian Grand Prix follow a collision between Antonio GIovinazzi and George Russell. The Italian spun into a barrier and rebounded back into the track, hitting the Williams of Russell.

It looked as if the Alfa's wheel broke off Giovinazzi's car and bounced across the track, hitting Russell. Thankfully both drivers climbed out of the cockpit safely.
