Abu Dhabi FP2 Results | Leclerc fastest ahead of Norris and Verstappen

Charles Leclerc set the fastest time in a messy second free practice session. The session was interrupted twice due to a red flag. Lando Norris finished second and Max Verstappen finished third in Abu Dhabi.

The second practice session was quickly stopped due to a major crash by Carlos Sainz. After the session resumed, all drivers immediately went out on track, but they soon had to go back into the garage, as Nico Hulkenberg quickly caused a second red flag. Ultimately, Leclerc was fastest in the second free practice, ahead of Norris and Verstappen. Both Alfa Romeo drivers were at the front of the field and finished fourth and seventh. Sergio Perez and George Russell stood between the Alfa Romeos, with the Mexican ahead of the Brit. Lewis Hamilton, Pierre Gasly and Oscar Piastri complete the top ten.
