Verstappen out in Q2 after mechanical problem for Red Bull in Jeddah

Max Verstappen retired from Q2 of qualifying for the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix. The Dutchman was on a fast lap when his engine suddenly gave up. It could be an engine issue, or a transmission failure. Red Bull are yet to confirm.

Verstappen was in the middle of a flying lap and he had to abort his first attempt due to a mistake. Suddenly, he lost power and the Dutchman reported on Red Bull Racing's team radio that he had an engine problem.The reigning world champion then had a long way to go before he got back to the Red Bull garage. Once he arrived, panic broke out.
